Dear Beloved Wellness Club Members,
It is important to know that there is more to life than the physical realm, there is a realm known as the realm of the spirit where things and events can be programed into the physical. It is true that we often find ourselves navigating through challenges that go beyond the physical realm. Today, let’s embark on a profound exploration into the scriptural realms—a journey that unveils the transformative power of faith as a shield against spiritual attacks. As we look into these sacred words, may the light of God and the certainty of divine protection guide us through. Amen.
The Battlefield of the Spirit:
In the spiritual realm, we encounter battles that transcend the visible world. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Acknowledging this unseen struggle is the first step toward understanding the importance of a scriptural defense. you need to first believe and acknowledge that there are forces and powers that can control the affairs of men from the unseen, this will enable you to explore the unlimited provisions made available in the scripture for your victory for the dark world.
Using the Armor of God:
In Ephesians 6:13-17, the scriptures unveil the Armor of God—a divine defense against spiritual attacks. Picture this armor as a shield crafted from faith, a breastplate of righteousness, a helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. These metaphors, are so potent and holds timeless power that can be our refuge in times of spiritual turbulence.
Shielded by Faith:
Faith, like a sturdy shield, plays a central role in our spiritual defense. Hebrews 11:1 defines faith as “the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” It is this unwavering belief in the unseen, a trust in God’s promises, that fortifies our spiritual shield. When confronted with doubt or fear, our faith becomes a shield that deflects the arrows of negativity and despair.
Psalmist Proclamation:
The Psalms, is a treasure of great spiritual expression, it offers us powerful prayers of protection. Psalm 91, often referred to as the “Psalm of Protection,” resonates with the promise that “He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings, you will find refuge” (Psalm 91:4). Pray the psalmist prayers can help create a sense of spiritual defense against attacks.
The Word as a Weapon:
Scripture declares in Hebrews 4:12, “For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” Armed with the sword of the Spirit, our scriptural defense gains a stand. Regular engagement with the Word is a powerful weapon, that can ward off spiritual attacks and provide clarity in moments of confusion.
The Power of Prayer:
Nothing can enhance spiritual defense than the power of prayer, prayer isas an intimate dialogue with God. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Prayer becomes our direct line of communication with the One who offers boundless protection and peace. Embrace the power of prayer to enjoy absolute protection over all the acts of the devil and spiritual attacks.
